• Fees are payable in US$.

• Credit Cards are accepted on some properties.

• House Rule Agreement required.

• Cleaning fee varies on each property.

• All properties are smoke free.

• No pets are allowed.

• 5-7 Night minimum stay required.

• Special restrictions and rates for holiday rentals (Christmas, Thanksgiving & Easter).

• Some of our properties allow a credit card guaranty to confirm the reservation, others require a personal check or money order for the security deposit.

• Security deposit is required to confirm reservation and is non-refundable 90 days prior to check-in. Your security deposit is held for 30-45 days after departure to assure that there is no financial loss, damaged or missing items, including but not limited to: excessive cleaning costs and/or excessive utility usage (this would be an amount over what is customary cost for cleaning and utilities). Deductions from the security deposit may be made if any of the terms stipulated in the rental agreement are not complied with. 

• Full amount of rent is due and non-refundable 90 days prior to check-in. Partial rent payments are due at the time of booking and special rules apply to the King House and the Hale Makai house.

• All rates subject to 11.42% Hawaii State Tax.

• Rental rates and tax are subject to change.

• Check-in time is 3:00PM and check-out time is 11:00AM.
