Check-in time is 3:00PM and check-out time is 11:00AM. Late Check Outs MUST be approved prior to the Check-Out Date.

5-7 Night minimum stay required, and 10-14 night minimum stay during the Holidays, on most properties.
Rent Payments – Credit Cards are accepted on most properties and preferred payment for all properties which are being confirmed within 90 days of arrival. Some of our homes require a personal check. Fees are payable in US$.
Security Deposits are required to protect the properties from damages or missing items. The larger homes require a personal check and the others require a credit card guaranty in the amount of $500. Your security deposit is held for up to 30 days after departure to assure that there is no financial loss, damaged or missing items, including but not limited to: excessive cleaning costs and/or excessive utility usage (this would be an amount over what is customary cost for cleaning and utilities). Deductions from the security deposit may be made if any of the terms stipulated in the Occupancy Agreement are not complied with.
SPECIAL HOLIDAY POLICIES – Reservations for Christmas through New Years, Dec 15 – Jan 5. At the time of confirmation, 25% of the rental amount is due, balance is due 120 days prior to arrival.
Standard Policy – Full amount of rent is due and non-refundable 90 days prior to check-in. Partial rent payments are due at the time of booking and special rules apply to some of our homes. All rates subject to 13.42% Hawaii State Tax.
